Humanistic Approaches to Management & Diplomacy Duration: 8 Weeks Course Description: This course explores leadership, organizational change, and diplomacy through humanistic, psychodynamic, and cross-cultural perspectives. With a focus on relational intelligence and ethical leadership, students will deepen their understanding about compassionate management practices and responsive diplomatic strategies that uphold human dignity, complexity, and global interdependence. Learning Objectives By the end of this course, participants will be able to: 1. Articulate the foundations of humanistic leadership and diplomacy. 2. Understand psychodynamic processes in organizations, including resistance, projection, and repetition. 3. Engage cross-cultural dimensions of leadership and diplomacy with nuance and ethical sensitivity. 4. Apply humanistic and existential principles to management, change-making, and diplomacy. 5. Develop leadership models and diplomatic strategies grounded in dignity, dialogue, and interdependence.
