Relational Approaches to Social Justice Duration: 8 Weeks Course Description: This course explores the intersection of depth psychology, humanistic principles, and social justice praxis through a relational lens. Drawing on scholarship from restorative justice, activist psychology, and radical healing in communities of color, this course supports practitioners in cultivating presence, humility, accountability, and collective action in therapeutic and social contexts. Relational healing is framed as both a personal and political imperative. Learning Objectives By the end of the course, participants will be able to: 1. Understand the relational and humanistic foundations of social justice psychology. 2. Apply restorative and radical healing frameworks to clinical, community, and educational contexts. 3. Reflect critically on identity, positionality, and systemic power in practitioner roles. 4. Translate theory into relational practices that support healing, justice, and resistance. 5. Engage in case-based applications of relational justice with underserved populations.
