Life Coaching & Mentoring for Underserved Populations Duration: 8 Weeks Course Description: This course examines relational and existential coaching and mentoring practices that support individuals in underserved and marginalized communities. Grounded in humanistic psychology and enriched with cross-cultural, person-centered, and values-driven approaches, this course equips students to provide transformative, ethically attuned, and culturally inclusive guidance in personal and professional development contexts. Learning Objectives By the end of this course, participants will be able to: 1. Understand coaching and mentoring through existential and humanistic lenses. 2. Apply process-oriented, client-centered methods that foster empowerment and self-determination. 3. Navigate cultural differences and systemic inequities in relational guidance. 4. Support underrepresented clients through developmentally appropriate, values-based coaching. 5. Design and evaluate coaching and mentoring programs responsive to digital platforms and community contexts.
